Journaling The Garden Week 7

My work-in-progress journal spread is
now complete.

As a way to record the passing of time,
I placed, in each pot, a little paper tab
attached to a toothpick, as a way to
measure plant growth and other significant
changes. Once a new tab replaced an
old one, I simply removed the toothpick,
but kept the paper marker. I used a few
of these crude somewhat rustic bits to
decorate my page.

This is a wonderful spread! The tabs were just perfect - on the page and as a way to document!

I am in love with this page. I have made a note on my callender (a Traci calendar no less!) to mark my bulbs this way next year. The journal spread would be so beautiful framed and put up this time of year. Wishing you a beautiful weekend.
