A little over two weeks ago in this post,
I gazed upon the beginnings of a wondrous
journey for a pair of little House Finches.
Carefully building a cozy abode for the
future.

Then one week ago, small miracles began
to appear. One at a time, three days of
watching and waiting.

I have been away now, traveling, and am
anxious to see what has occurred since
my absence.

What a pretty nest they have made!! We had a little wren that made a nest in a hanging plant on our porch and boy did she scold us whenever we came out the front door!! She didn't want us anywhere near her nest.
How simply beautiful!
